CORYPH LLC ("CORYPH", "we") makes CORYPH Spatial. This policy explains what we collect through this website, our products and our services, and what we do with it. Questions: support@getcoryph.com.
This website
- We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this site.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you email us or join the waitlist
We use your name and email to reply, to add you to the waitlist, and to tell you when CORYPH Spatial is available. Reply "unsubscribe" at any time and we'll remove you. We don't sell or rent your information.
Purchases
- Digital products (the Build Pack, the App, Source, Pro and Updates) are sold through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and sales tax.
- Services (setup, pilots and custom builds) are paid through Stripe.
- These companies collect your payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive your name, email, billing country and order details, never your full card number.
Bookings
If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, the time you pick, and any answers you add, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
The CORYPH Spatial app
- Camera: hand tracking runs on your device. Camera frames are never recorded, saved or uploaded, and the camera stays off until you turn it on.
- Voice: speech recognition runs on your device. Only the text of your question goes to the AI provider you choose.
- Your AI keys stay on your device. Anything you send to an AI provider is handled under that provider's terms.
- The app sends no analytics to CORYPH.
- When license activation is available, the app sends your license key and an anonymous device identifier to check your license.
Children
Our products aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@getcoryph.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
