Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with CORYPH Spatial. To ask for a refund, email support@getcoryph.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number and what went wrong.
Digital products
- Build Pack ($19): it's delivered instantly as a file, so you can get a refund within 7 days if you haven't downloaded it. If a file is damaged or won't open, we'll replace it.
- App ($39): you can get a refund within 14 days if it won't run on a supported setup.
- Source: Personal ($49) and Pro ($129): you can get a refund within 7 days if the product won't run on a supported setup and you haven't downloaded the source or cloned the private repository.
- Update renewals ($19 a year for the App, $25 for Source: Personal, $69 for Pro): optional. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. You keep access for the year you paid for, and you keep the version you have forever.
Services
- Done-for-You Setup ($349): you get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your call, or if we can't get CORYPH Spatial running on a supported setup. You can reschedule once for free.
- Pilots and showroom builds: the deposit is fully refundable until work begins. After that, the terms in your signed proposal apply. Care plans can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
Buyers in the EU and UK
At checkout you agree that delivery of digital content starts right away, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, through Polar for digital products or Stripe for services, usually within 5–10 business days.
