These terms apply to this website and to CORYPH Spatial products and services from CORYPH LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms. Contact: support@getcoryph.com.

How we sell

Digital products are sold through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Services are paid through Stripe. Pilots and custom builds follow a written proposal. If this page and a signed proposal conflict, the proposal controls for that project.

What each license lets you do

Build Pack: use the prompts to build as many projects as you like, for yourself and your clients.
App: use the CORYPH Spatial app on up to 3 of your own computers, for personal or work use.
Source: Personal: use and change the source code for one personal project that you run.
Pro: use and change the source code in unlimited projects for yourself and your clients, including paid client work, as long as each client gets a compiled or hosted product, not the source as a template.
You own what you build, apart from our code.

What you may not do

Resell, share, sublicense or give away the Build Pack, the app, the source code, or a lightly changed copy of any of them, as a template, starter kit, course or prompt pack.
Publish our source code in a public repository.
Remove copyright or third-party license notices.
Use our name or logo to suggest that we endorse your product.

AI providers and third-party software

CORYPH Spatial works with AI services you choose, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or a local model. You use your own account and key, pay that provider directly, and follow its terms. CORYPH isn't affiliated with any of these providers. Open-source parts of the product are covered by their own licenses, listed in the product's notices.

Updates and support

Each purchase includes updates: 12 months for the App and Pro, and 6 months for Source: Personal. After that, renewing is optional: $19 a year for the App, $25 for Source: Personal, $69 for Pro. If you don't renew, you keep the version you have forever. Support is best-effort by email at support@getcoryph.com.

No warranty

The products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Gesture and speech recognition aren't perfect. Don't use CORYPH Spatial to control anything safety-critical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CORYPH's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved. CORYPH isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, AI-provider charges, or lost data.

Ending the license

If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop distributing anything that includes our code.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Florida, USA, govern these terms.
